Took a while, but. Brakes needed servicing, as the brake pads had worn down and wrecked the calipers (on my Crosstrek with less than 25,000 miles on it!) It took over a Brakes needed servicing, as the brake pads had worn down and wrecked the calipers (on my Crosstrek with less than 25,000 miles on it!) It took over a week for the parts to come and then I had to wait a day or two for another appointment. It is all fixed now and was serviced under warranty, so no charge. As I drove away, I couldn't get the air conditioner to work. Ugh. But the service was fine and the people were friendly and did the best they could under the circumstances. Perhaps I have a "lemon" on my hands? More

Excellent service Brought my 16 Crosstrek in for annual inspection. During their through checklist, discovered that both filters needed replacing. One always expects to spend several hours in a dealership and so this was no surprise again . The process was made as comfortable as possible and everyone we encountered was cheerful and extended great customer service . They even made our dog welcome and offered water on arrival ! The location is perfect and the facility is spacious , welcoming and comfortable . There are complimentary fruit , yogurts , coffee and a vending machine with a good assortment of items and even games on the tables if one really did need to pass time . A great experience and would recommend Saint J Subaru to anyone and without reservation . More
