Lack of honesty When I arrived I was asked what I could afford. I gave the salesman a monthly payment I could afford. He came back with a rate over $120 higher. I was told it was based on the absolute highest trade in value they could offer. After almost two hours, I was about to walk out the door and then I got the standard "Let me talk to my sales manager". Back he comes with a trade in value over $3000 more than the initial "highest" he could offer. I had previously asked about incentives. I was told there were none on that model. I know my trade was much lower than the value they put on it. The price of the new car was simply being lowered to make the sale. This is something that should have happened as soon as I announced my budget. During the test drive I was told there were four similar cars to choose from. The car I was driving had cross bars on the roof rack. The color I chose did not. The salesman fabricated some excuse on the spot to contradict my memory of what I was told. Now I have to spend an additional $100-$200 for cross bars. I even told him a story of my trade in and being told how I demanded cross bars when I purchased it new. I guess that didn't make an impression on him in regards to helping close the sale. I was lied to multiple times and had two hours of my time wasted. For once I would like to encounter an honest car dealership. More
Easy and not a hair puller outter. Had an easy going time with chayse and he was running around but we were still helped out within minutes. Adam Lumbra, the salesman with whom I dealt, was knowledgeable and personable without being pushy. He spent a lot of time with us on and off over the course of a month. He did a great job explaining the technical aspects of the Crosstrek. He also introduced us to people in other departments such as service. More

Kalmen seemed very nice but also a little impatient when we would ask questions or make comments about the car during his obviously rehearsed speech. After buying the car, however, there were some communication issues. I had been trying to set up the My Subaru app and Starlink, but it kept saying my account didn't exist. After trying to call him multiple times with no answer and no call back I finally called Subaru of America and they discovered they had put in my email wrong and fixed it right away. Buying a car from here is good but be prepared to take care of everything yourself after, they won't really be around to answer your questions. More

I was most impressed with the ability to work this deal in a timely fashion as I run my own business and Rose respected my time to get this deal completed and me on the road as soon as possible.
