Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! If you’re like me, buying a new or used car is not on the top ten things I like to do on my weekend. St J Subaru changed that experience for me. I felt that my sale rep, Cole Kirby was very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and got me a fantastic deal on my new Crosstrek. I also had email conversations with Curtis Clough and John Martin, and they both were quick in responding to me and helpful. The financing of my new car could not have been easier. The woman who worked with me (sorry I don’t remember her name) explained things in a way that I could understand, and had the added maintenance plans in writing to show me which helped me decide which was best for me. My last Subaru was bought at Twin City Subaru in Berlin, Vt and I did not walk away with a good feeling, nor did I feel afterwards that I got a very good deal. I didn’t care for the unfriendliness of their maintenance department, so I didn’t bring my car to them for service. Do yourself a favor and drive up to St J Subaru next time you’re looking for your next car. You won’t be sorry! More

They located my new subaru at another one of there dealerships and had it ready to go for me incredibly fast. The whole process was extremely efficient and leaps and bounds easier than I expected my first new car buying experience to be. Amazing teamwork! More

With help from John Martin I was able to get a final price via email before making the 60 mile trip. Upon arrival, Adam Fontaine worked to give me a great deal. It was a pleasant, no pressure process which I greatly appreciate. James Edwards finalized all the paperwork. I love my new Crosstrek! The experience with St J Subaru, Adam and James was so good, that my other half drove there five days later and traded his old Outback for a very nice used Forester. Every employee we encountered was super friendly. We are two happy people! Thank you! More

They also told me they would hold my payment for a certain day andthey did not. So I ended up getting two overdrafts on my checking account. Called to talk to the manager said he would check into it and get back to me never heard from him either. So no i do not recommend this dealership!!!! More

Awesome customer service! I had the absolute pleasure of working with salesman Chayse! I originally came in just to test drive because my previous lease had not ended with anot I had the absolute pleasure of working with salesman Chayse! I originally came in just to test drive because my previous lease had not ended with another dealership and they were not pushy at all! Made the whole process extremely easy and enjoyable. Chayse did an amazing job of explaining all the features in the Forester for us and went out of his way to help figure out the best options. Due to a very limiting work schedule, it made it hard for me to come in during normal hours but Chayse was able to get the entire paperwork process started through email to speed up the final details when I came in. I absolutely LOVE my new car and I can't express enough how thankful I am to Chayse for providing such amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend working with this dealership and Subaru in general to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More
