I had 2 cars in mind and he wasn't pushy about any of it. Very relaxed and helpful. Even the finance guy was easy to talk with. I had to return the car the next day for a loose wire. It was all taken care of smoothly, and they washed the car! I ended up with a dreamy car, one I had wanted for a long time. Thank you! More

Kurtis would followup, always providing information on current offers without the aggressive approach so common in auto sales. After researching my options online and consulting Consumer Reports we chose Subaru and visited your dealership. The dealership has a casual relaxed setting, again unusual in auto sales. Kurtis greeted us, explained his role and introduced us the Rose Wood, our sales agent. Rose had the same friendly helpful approach I had found with Kurtis. Rose has in depth knowledge of the Subaru models and the ability to explain the new technology to less than tech smart seniors. All in all Rose handled our selection, test drive and purchase and always with a calm, friendly and knowledgeable manner. WELL DONE More
