Went in expecting to deal with a "salesperson". Michael Brown was with a customer and all other sales people were helping other people (was pretty busy on this day). When Michael was finished with his customer he welcomed me and didn't try and sell me anything. He asked what I was interested in (I had found a car online but when I drove it I was less then impressed) and then started a conversation about what my needs are. He made sure to take everything I told him into account when he recommended some cars. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. We spent a few hours together going over different cars and prices. I definitely felt taken care of and was very confident with the car we picked out. I was then seen by Nick Kelchner, "the finance guy". Nick was ready to go with all my paperwork and just needed to get some details from my bank. My bank told me that they could not finance the car I choose. I just spent hours with Michael and had already told my wife we were getting a really good car (she was in a car accident with our other one). I told Nick my situation and that I was sorry for wasting their time (I was pretty embarrassed cause I thought that everything with the bank was good to go, so I just wanted to tuck my tail and leave). But Nick asked if it was ok if he tried to help out and call a few banks (my credit isn't that great so I figured nothing would come of it) Nick came back about half our later and told me that not only did he find a bank to finance me but also got a much much better rate but he also was able to include a warranty. I could not express how grateful I was for this. He could have just torn up the paperwork and let me leave but he took the time and made sure my family had a good car to enjoy. These two men Michael Brown and Nick Kelchner went above and beyond. Thank you so much Jeff Barnett More

NOW TODAY I GET MY TRANMISSION FLUID CHECKED TELL THEM ABOUT MY PRIOR EXPERIENCE THEY SAID THAT THAT MECHANIC WAS LET GO YET TODAY IM CHARGED AGAIN 65 DOLLARS AND NOTHING WAS STILL DONE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER "CHARLES" AND ALL HE COULD SAY WAS THAT IT WAS UNFORTUNATE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM YOU ALL NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND ANDYBODY ELSE BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Treated Worse Than A United Airlines Passenger! This was a great experience until meeting the Finance Department and the Business manager who clearly throught no one would dare question him. We were asked to provide our name, address and social security number for a background check and was told it was due to "the amount of terrorism today" and "cases of fraud," and, "we want to know our customers." Since this was a simple purchases with a cashiers check, and based on our concern for identiy theft, we advised we did not want to suppy the social security numbers. Then we were told the title clerk needeed it and I advised VA DMV accepts the VA drivers license and they were welcome to that. Then he says they need to do a background check since a bank cashiers check is, "just another form of credit"! (Our FICO credit score is 851) Clearly, we were dealing with incompentence. He was told to call the bank (where there was a 6-figure balance) and came back and said, begrudingly, he would process the transaction. Oh, boy, lucky us. In the end we received no "thank you for your business," no "sorry about the delays," no nothing. While the salesman (Adam) was outstanding, the rest of the experience confirmed, once again, car dealers are like politicians - ya can't trust them or beleive anything they say. Especially at this dealer. All ratings are based on the experience with the finance transaction. More

Waster both time and money. these fools have no idea how to fix a simple power steering leak. I don't have money to waste. never again will I take my vehicles to Safford Ram over priced work done by simpletons. More
