First let me say that "I love my new Town and Country". The Caravan I replaced was only a few years old, a 2008. But I'm into safety with my kids in the car. I would have mentioned sales for the recommendation, but this site makes you choose sales or service. Sales and financing were great. I wanted to mention Don because he took care of my 2008 Caravan, and now he takes care of my new Town and Country. Even just stopping by to ask a question, because I could not figure out how something was supposed to work in the new van was not a problem for Don. He took care of my old van, and now he's taking care of my new one. You should give them a try for your next service, you will be treated like you matter. That has not always been my experience at other dealerships. More
