Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat of Winchester responded

The dealership has water tested the customers Ram several times and after an initial repair have never duplicated a leak. During all these visits we have gone above and beyond for the customer including putting the customer in a vehicle during all services at the dealer's expense. We have spent countless hours working to recreate the water leak for the customer and were unable to duplicate the complaint. During the most recent visit the dealership water tested the vehicle with the customer for nearly an hour working to recreate every condition needed to replicate the issue. At that point with no leak present and the customer witnessing this first hand, the customer was advised no repairs could be made without confirming a failure per warranty guidelines
