This was such a great experience. Tim Campbell helped us the minute we walked in. There was NO pressure at all, at any time. On January 11, 2021 I left my Jeep Grand Cherokee with Tim Parthemos to diagnose a starter problem. Tim was courteous and very professional. I left the Jeep expecting it to take days for the repair based on my experience with other dealers. 4 hours later, Tim called to say that the Jeep was ready to pick up. The starter had been replaced under the extended warranty. I have purchased 6 Chrysler vehicles over the past 25 years and have used about 15 different dealer service departments. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had. Thanks, Tim. More

I took my daughter here to trade in her 2006 jeep wrangler. They had an exact match for the car she wanted, features and all. We drove a day to get there. (From OH). Only $5000. Said it would need a new soft top ( which it did) at a cost of $2000. They hoped to get $8500 out of it.. Now they have it listed on their lot for $14,000, WITHOUT a new soft top. Yeah, I'd say she was ripped off. Caveat Emptor. Please research your trade-in value before dealing with this dealership! Better yet, if you want to trade-in, go someplace else. Do I regret dealing with this dealership: you bet! More
