Seat cover replacement. Recently an insurance claim for a new car seat was installed at Kinney. It was done with professionalism and the claim was totally accepted although Recently an insurance claim for a new car seat was installed at Kinney. It was done with professionalism and the claim was totally accepted although I did not purchase my Crosstrek from Kinney. I mentioned a noise when breaking to have checked out. Replacement of rotors and pads were done for me under warranty. I was and am very pleased with Kinney service. That you so much. More

Excellent service A problem arose with my car on a Friday night, brought it in Saturday morning around 8 am, and it was looked at, fixed and ready for pick up at 10 am. Refreshing and smooth sailing. This dealership I rated as 5 star for their professionalism from initial contact (Courtney ) to setting up a time/date for available test vehicles to This dealership I rated as 5 star for their professionalism from initial contact (Courtney ) to setting up a time/date for available test vehicles to arriving with a warm and cordial welcome to an overview of the clean white facility that had a lounge area for clients to have water or coffee. The next step I was introduced to my lead sales person (Nik) who had everything ready for testing. I requested the car have a blue exterior with brown interior and that is what they had available along with being a cabriolet. The drive was phenomenal. I had never driven a sporty car with refined lines and a interior that did not disappoint. After 10 minutes in the car and having the luxury of the dynamics that this Audi produced was inspiring-handling, agility, a 4 cylinder twin turbo that purred with the leather seats that fit me like a glove. I was sold and on the spot said I need not to test any other vehicle for this is the one I will lease. Nik went over the details of lowering/raising the soft top. Back inside the Audi dealership I was treated like family. Everyone was upbeat and positive. I know I shall return for my service/maintenance visits. Overall experience was awesome-Kelly (Financial advisor) completed the final docementation in fine order. My hat is off to Audi team for making my visit a memorable one. Thanks again to Courtney for persisting and reaching out several times to persuade me to come in. I am grateful to everyone. Better than the rest I will start this by saying I did work at this dealership a while back. When my lease was up in 2014, I made a massive mistake by not getting my next I will start this by saying I did work at this dealership a while back. When my lease was up in 2014, I made a massive mistake by not getting my next VW through Kinney. Fucillo VW, said they could beat Kinney’s deal and made all these extra promises. Well, they drop the ball in every way possible. They never sent me a we owe for my termination fee & second set of keys (which they lost). When my vehicle’s tires pressure light came on, 30 minutes after I left the dealership, they refused to fix it. Kinney fixed it and tried to help me with Fucillo. The GM William Granata, has been avoiding me and running me in circles since April. Bryan Haggerty would NEVER let a deal get to this level. My whole review on Fucillo is on their page. I’ll end by saying that Kinney is run by people who care, are organized and professional. They can own up to mistakes and get it fix (believe me my first VW gave me problems and Kinney fixed it all). Don’t buy from big car dealerships... they don’t care about us consumers More
