Superb Service...for me an 80 mile drive well worth it I recently took my '13 Audi S4 in for its major service interval. I want to be clear, that I drove 80 miles to utilize Kinney Audi's Services because my local Audi dealer, in my opinion, doesn't cut it. In this example, the price I was quoted for the EXACT same service at Kinney was Audi of America's catalog price of $680...at my local Audi dealer, they wanted ~$1100...no explanation for the difference. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received...in addition to performing the service, they diagnosed and fixed a problem with my fuel level sending unit that my local dealer refused to take action on. In short, all of my Audi business goes to Kinney...truly exceptional customer service from the entire staff who went out of their way to make sure we received a high level of care. Thanks again to the staff at Kinney Motors - Audi. More

Doesn't stand behind product & customers: 2016 VW Jetta 1.8 Sport: After 300 miles the seats caused tremendous back pain -- when brought to the dealer about getting into something else they o 2016 VW Jetta 1.8 Sport: After 300 miles the seats caused tremendous back pain -- when brought to the dealer about getting into something else they offered a low-ball trade-in. Now stuck with a vehicle I can barely drive. They called a week after purchase pushing that I NEEDED to sign another contract because the original wasn't valid. While legally a consumer is NOT required to do so, the finance department aggressively pushed stating otherwise. Saying that I HAD to re contract. At this point they could have helped me out. I suggested returning the car and getting us into a more suitable vehicle for my back. Instead they chose to be petty and claimed to make the financing work. I have yet to have an account opened with VW financial and have gotten nothing in the mail about when and where to send my payments. This team is friendly when you are purchasing... Not so much once you own the vehicle. It will now sit in my garage until I rid the negative equity and trade it in. Remember... There may not be a "cooling off period" but any dealer could offer you a return if they so chose. Vehicles are marked up, calling some wholesalers will reveal the dealer and customer cash they receive for selling. They wouldn't have lost. Dealers like this simply don't want to do the right thing. And to attempt a YoYo scam on the contracted financing terms... Disgusting. My new Jetta is a big paperweight. Highly turned off the brand... More
