Tire change over Never saw Lynn. Worked with Brian. Evetything was perfect Except the timing. I was told 2hrs when I made the appointment, when I brought the car in wa Never saw Lynn. Worked with Brian. Evetything was perfect Except the timing. I was told 2hrs when I made the appointment, when I brought the car in was told 2 hrs, got the car back in 5 hrs. Dropped off at 9am and picked it up at 2pm, even told them I had to have for a 2pm appointment but still missed my appointment Need to be more accurate or provide loaners for all services. Great service and straightforward pricing Kinney and Courtney, the employee that helped me out, were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. I've been driving family vehicles for years Kinney and Courtney, the employee that helped me out, were extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. I've been driving family vehicles for years so this was my first vehicle purchase from a dealership and after shopping at more than 5 accross Vermont and New York, Kinney and Courtney were able to get me in an Audi A4 with little effort (I'm assuming). The car was very aggressively priced so I felt very comfortable settling with the final price with very little negotiating. All of my options and information regarding the sale was laid out very comprehensively and easy to understand. The only thing I wish was better is negotiating the terms of my financing. Audi does it's own financing and I suppose coming unprepared in that regard was my own fault. I'm very happy with my Audi and I look forward to driving the 100 or so miles back to Kinney when I'm ready for my next once. More
