Service time was acceptable. I asked for the to troubleshoot the horn (not working), he said they didn't have anybody to do that. Post service, oil life wasn't reset. 10/10! After losing multiple vehicles in the Oct. hurricane, attempts to replace our RAM truck were stalled due to limited availability of our trim choice. A self-search online showed one may be available over a thousand miles away at Russ Darrow in Wisconsin. We contacted Darrow and within 48 hours our new truck was on its way to Florida! The Russ Darrow team, Clayton, Kevante, Amir, and others worked together to get the deal done despite the distance! More
