Very good, we had originally called Lupient, but there was a 2 week wait for service. Your service guys recognized a more serious issue and were able to replace the engine under warranty, including a loan was a 2 week wait for service. A few years back this was a great all-in-one dealer and service center, did through jobs in reasonable time, if not with a bit of a wallet dent. And even if you select a simple service, it seems to take 50% longer than it should and used to. But it's not all bad, they are still through in the work and service they offer and I trust them to do it right. Overall, they are still good overall, but the price point is not for the feint of heart and you will have to diversify for certain things. More
