I brought my car in for work and it went good. Not even 2 weeks after I got my car back I burned through the brake pads and needed more work done on my car. I had 3 outside mechanics look at it and all said that there was no way it was not due to the work I had done at Kia and they all quoted me a price to fix it that was half of what you would’ve charged me. I also have a video of one of your mechanics checking my brakes and saying they looked good. I was verbally told that I didn’t need to worry about them. Once the work on the breaks needed to be done I was told the exact opposite. No one apologized or looked into if it was connected to their work. The second I brought that up, I was treated very rudely. Screwed me out of time and money. More

I called because my Kia Optima bought from Russ Darrow had the steering column broken during an attempted theft. I had a mechanic friend tell me that the dealership would fix it for free.
