Jerry, we didn't "try" to add $1000 in dealer fees. We only charge a $499 dealer doc fee just like almost every dealer in Wisconsin does. That is fully disclosed on our website before you even step foot in the store or talk to anyone. As far as sale price goes, I'm not sure why you would put 1 star for price transparency, as the price you paid was the online published price and you were NEVER presented an offer to purchase it for even 1 penny higher. It does not get any more transparent than that. As far as trade-in experience, I'm not sure why you would give 2 stars as your trade-in was not retail able, was leaking fuel out of the gas tank and will be auctioned off for parts and scrap. Giving $300 is very generous as most junkyards will only give $180-$220. Please modify your review to remove any and all inaccuracies. I do sincerely apologize for any differences in opinion and You are welcome to complain as much as you want if you are unhappy about your purchase experience, but that's all I ask is that you be transparent and accurate about your experience. Maliciously posting misinformation is very hurtful to our business as well as all the lives and families of all of our employees. Please do the right thing and edit or remove anything that is not the truth. Thanks.
