We had a great time buying our certified pre-owned Kia from Michael Duda and the rest of the staff! A quick change to the schedule was no problem for him and when I texted late at night asking to come in early the next day to buy the car I was looking at I was met with a can do attitude and an appointment confirmation text within minutes. I also have to give a shoutout to Lamont Games, the F&I manager. He was more than happy to explain any questions or concerns I had and allowed me to take the time I needed to make an informed decision on an additional warranty. The whole process went pretty fast and everything was laid out to me in an easy to understand manner. The car was cleaned inside and out before we drive it home and any spots I noticed and pointed out were cleaned before driving away, so kudos to the cleaners and detailers as well! Mike and his team at Russ Darrow Kia did a fantastic job in helping me acquire my EV6 GT-Line. The car is a unique color and trim package that I was looking for. They had the only one like it in the Gre in helping me acquire my EV6 GT-Line. The car is a unique color and trim package that I was looking for. They had the only one like it in the Great Lakes region. We conducted the transaction by text, email, and phone, and did an online visual inspection using Apple Facetime. The transaction paperwork was handled using secure edocs, a process I have used in selling some real estate in the past. It works well. I made the payment to Russ Darrow using the Federal bank wire system. My bank wired the money directly to the Russ Darrow bank account in Wisconsin. The wire transfer took only about an hour start to finish. This is the way banks transfer funds between themselves. It’s very fast and more secure than any other way. Mike and his delivery team used a vehicle transport company that specializes in car transport. From pickup of the car to its delivery was only about 12 hours. The delivery guy was great! Very professional. Great job Mike!!! More
