All of the staff there were very accommodating, helpful, and pleasant to work with. They all went out of their way to help me fix an issue that needed attention. I’m not too thrilled with having to bring my wife’s car in for KIA recalls. However, I really enjoyed my experience at Russ Darrow in Wauwatosa. The service advisor kept me informed of the progress being m in for KIA recalls. However, I really enjoyed my experience at Russ Darrow in Wauwatosa.
