From bad chatbto missed warning lights My experience with Russ Darrow began with theur online chat option. I asked a simple question, how much will an oil change be fir my 2015 Grand Carava My experience with Russ Darrow began with theur online chat option. I asked a simple question, how much will an oil change be fir my 2015 Grand Caravan given that you are a Darrow Honda Dealership? Rather than anser that simpke question, the chat rep prceeds to send me a non-functional internet link to the company website where I had started from. In addition, she tells me a service rep will co tact me shortly. If I wanted a service rep I would have called them directly. Then ... When I arrive for theur self-titled EXPRESS OIL CHANGE service, they tell me it will take 45 minutes. It takes 20 minutes to change oil and conduct their poor 27 point i spection while it drains ... but I digress. After an hour goes by it is finally ready . I pay my bill and as soon as I start my 2 year old car it show a TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT on the dash. I’m already late for another appt. so I call 20 minutes later from home. I tell them DEON wrote down my tire pressure on the paperwork so how did he not see the TPMS warning light on the dashboard? Would I recommend them .... NO. Would you? More

Terrible dealership to work with. Lies, lies, lies Terrible, Terrible, dealer to work with,... They lie to get you into the store and will not honor the price that was agreed upon by their employees. Terrible, Terrible, dealer to work with,... They lie to get you into the store and will not honor the price that was agreed upon by their employees. Go to any other dealer would be an improvement. They belittle other dealers. This dealer can not be trusted.They add on dealer installed expensive options to extract more money from a buyer. Manager is no better. Run from this dealership. More

Wonderful relaxed environment, they make car buying fun. Russ Darrow and Matt sama did not pressure me into a car I didn't want and even went to dealerships in other parts of the state to bring me a car that Russ Darrow and Matt sama did not pressure me into a car I didn't want and even went to dealerships in other parts of the state to bring me a car that I was interested in. The greatest experience ever!!! I came in to trade in my '14 CR-V for a '17 CR-V and right away was greeted by the friendliest people. Leisa was the sales person I worked with, absol I came in to trade in my '14 CR-V for a '17 CR-V and right away was greeted by the friendliest people. Leisa was the sales person I worked with, absolutely amazing, and she was so helpful in directing me to my wants and needs in a vehicle. She made me feel very comfortable and handled everything in a timely manner. I also worked with Aaron, who too was amazing and very helpful! I recommend any and everyone to come to Russ Darrow Honda Milwaukee to get a great car but to also work with great people!!!!! More

positive experience I went in with the thought that if the price was right I'd buy a car and if it wasn't right I'd walk away. I actually wanted to wait a year before I b I went in with the thought that if the price was right I'd buy a car and if it wasn't right I'd walk away. I actually wanted to wait a year before I bought a new car but my brother was in need of a car so I volunteered to give him my car and I would get a new one earlier than planned. i gave them what price I was willing to pay and they honored that to the best of my knowledge. The pricing is laid out for you in detail on everything. I really appreciated that everything is listed for you not only once but several times. I came in I found my Honda CRV and test drove it and purchased it with no hesitation. The process was smooth and it only took an hour. The financing Department was running a little bit behind but it worked in my favor so I could run home and bring my brother along so I could drive my new car home and he could drive my old car home. I love my new car already I Believe full heartedly that I will continue to feel comfortable and blessed with my new car. More
