Very disappointed. We felt taken advantage of by the service advisor. We took the car for a red triangle and he said the car simply required maintenance and he changed t We felt taken advantage of by the service advisor. We took the car for a red triangle and he said the car simply required maintenance and he changed the wipers and the cabin air filter. (Two non-essential items). And then he called us back and he said that the check engine light came on. This has never occurred in the life of the car. He gave us a price of $250 to repair it. He said that would take care of the red triangle which we authorized since we wanted the red triangle sign removed. We felt that since we never had a check engine light on the car prior to bringing it in to service, we felt taken advantage of. All of the repairs done did not fix the red triangle and now the new issue was the transmission brain which he quoted was a $950 price which we declined. Why didn’t he tell us the problem from the beginning that the brain transmission was needed instead of fixing all of the other unnecessary items? More

Rude & Untruthful I purchased tire protection and roadside assistance for my new vehicle, which I had for less than 2 months. I drove the vehicle in at 10:05am photos w I purchased tire protection and roadside assistance for my new vehicle, which I had for less than 2 months. I drove the vehicle in at 10:05am photos were taken, I was directed to the first door and was told "She will assist you." 12 minutes later a kind woman comes into the office and asks "How long were you waiting? No one told me you were here." On that day I waited for nearly 3 hours and was told that the tire was not in stock, but would be there at 5pm. The woman stated that she would be in the office the next day at 10am. I told her that I would be there around 9:30am. She advised me to leave the tags from the previous day on and they would start working on the car around that time.I left at 12:50. The next day I dropped the car off at 9am (1/2 hour early). At 10:25 I inquired about the tire change and was told that they had just started the tire change. I asked to speak to the manager because I needed to go see someone in hospice care. I explained everything to him and was told I would take an additional 45min. because It must be balanced. I've owned cars for over 30 years and I know how long it takes to change and balance a tire. I asked Tom if they had a car they could lone me, his replay was a sharp, "No!" My reply was "What ever." He then replied "What ever" in a very nasty tone and continued to say something as I left the office. At 10:47am I left (Well under the 45min he stated was necessary to balance the tires). I left not trusting there work or services. I will never recommend Rt 22 Toyota. More
