I was left waiting for hours I was told the part for my car was available and after waiting 2 hrs or so only part of the work was done. Then I was told to pre-pay for the part, wh I was told the part for my car was available and after waiting 2 hrs or so only part of the work was done. Then I was told to pre-pay for the part, which I did. The appointment was scheduled. I waited more than 3 hours and then I was told the wrong part was ordered. I went home and asked you call me when the part comes in, you didn't call me but I had to call in. I made the appointment for this past Saturday. Because I was losing air on a tire I changed the appointment for Friday. Friday I came in at 12:19pm and left past 5pm. Completely unacceptable. More
