Better be careful in dealing with this dealership.I have a very bad experience as they promise one price and wait you for a day and come up with different price.They are big liers and cheaters.I dont recome a very bad experience as they promise one price and wait you for a day and come up with different price.They are big liers and cheaters.I dont recomend anybody to buy car from this dealership.Few employes can really spoil the name of a dealer.They never keep words.Mr.Rego make us wait till late night 9.30 pm for nothing with 2 small kids and cheated us with the price.The both managers were playing game and disgracing the fly and not to give the car.We were so upset and we are going to let all our community and association's and make sure not to deal these type of cheaters.They dont have any value for the customers time and money. My wife and I visited the dealership 3 days ago, using an Internet Ad for a 2007 Toyota Carolla, and when we went there we were dissapointed in how we were handled. We felt that the advertising for the car, for some of the parts of the car, such as Certification and Power Windows being available was not truth in advertising. We left the dealership unhappy. The next day Paul the salesperson called and apologized and went out of his way to assist us and turnaround our decision to not purchase the Car. We went back to the dealership and we got a great deal, great service and were thrilled with the car we got for our son. We thank God for honest people and will recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a car. More
The overall env is totally unwelcome....ppl don't care for ur business.. even after taking appointment .. there is no one to talk to .. once someone comes up he seems uninterested .. and give ur outrageou for ur business.. even after taking appointment .. there is no one to talk to .. once someone comes up he seems uninterested .. and give ur outrageous price ...assuming that u r a fool .. once u get passed this phase the sale person will call his Manger .. who gives u a price quote somewhat better then sales person and when ur ready to buy at that price u will find many hidden and unjustified fees .. I had to walk out of the deal in final moment .. I understand the toyota are best selling car but if you cannot trust ur dealer ..how can u buy a car from them .. and expect their help in case something goes wrong More
ive gone to route 22 toyota for my past few oil changes and 30k service. overall im very happy with the level of customer service. checking in your car is very easy and the staff seems to be friendly and and 30k service. overall im very happy with the level of customer service. checking in your car is very easy and the staff seems to be friendly and efficient. the waiting room is spacious with several tvs and many magazines. there is a small parts shop connected to the waiting room. the bathroom (at least ladies') was clean. the only thing to complain about would be the time, last time my oil change took over an hour. i usually go on saturdays so they were pretty busy. i also get their coupons in the mail so im getting a fair price. overall im happy with the service department and plan to return. WHEN I GOT THERE WAS TOLD THAT NONE OF THE CARS WERE ON LOT, WERE SOLD IN 2 HOURS (V6 SUV'S). HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. More
Yesterday, August 29, 2007. I brought a car Toyota/Yaris from this dealer. I negotiation he was asking 13600 for including every thing except tax/Registration. I said I want to pay 12500 for this. They say yes and later added destination fee $660.00 and after sale $299.00 into bill. It 10 PM so I didn’t check and sign and brought the car. Today I talk to manager, he said its standard, that means its there standard to cheat. More
Salesman was unable to answer any questions about the car i was interested in. He knew nothing about any of the vehicles on the lot. After putting a deposit down on a car, they called me a few days after leaving me an urgent message saying that if I didn't get back to them within the hour, they were selling that car. By the time I got the message, they had already sold it. Upon returning to the dealership to pick up my deposit, they were extremely rude unhelpful. When I call to question when I'll finally be able to pick it up, I get screamed at. I would not reccomend this dealership to ANYONE More
