My awful service I went in for oil change and it took them 4 hours and 22min to get my car out. Very disappointed!! Im very disappointed. My visit was a complete disaster. It is unacceptable that a customer wait more than 3 hours for an oil and filter change. Every Im very disappointed. My visit was a complete disaster. It is unacceptable that a customer wait more than 3 hours for an oil and filter change. Every time I asked, the person told me it was almost done. I would have preferred they told me I had to wait that long and give me alternatives. I went there with two of my kids and they were hungry, you can imagine how desperate it was for a child. I arrived late to pickup my other child at the summer camp, so I had to pay a late pickup charge. Also, when I got into the car the door had oil stains outside and inside. I worked for Toyota company in another country for many years and had never seen anything like that. Unfortunately, I will not pay a penny for a service in your dealer again. More
