Took my car to service department 6 months ago and they still haven't fix it. My car have been driven by someone that live in North Arlignton, they put almost 300 miles on it and I know it because I had Tm still haven't fix it. Every time I tried to get my car back, they tried to make me pay without fixing it (engine lights on) and last time told me to take the car with me and the light will go out by itself. As a Marine Veteran and a Aicraft Mechanic I feel disappointed every time and excuse comes out as why the car hasn't been fixed in 6 months. They just keep changing diagnostic and opening new tickets, so my car won't show as a warranty from previous work but as a new job/malfunction. After the flooding they couldn't get to my car because their flooded fleet has repair priority over customer's cars. Hopefully I'll get my car back and I won't have to go to that place anymore. I took my car there for a Mass Air Flow Sensor code in June 2021 and today more than six months and $2400 later, the car still doesn't work properly and the dealer won't tell me what's wrong. Hopefully I'll get it back this year (car still at dealers maintenance department) More
