I can't believe what a great deal I got at route 22. I dealt with the general sales manager. What a real professional. He served me coffee got snacks for my kids and even went over the features of the car dealt with the general sales manager. What a real professional. My wife and I went to this dealer for a RAV4 test drive. The salesperson was young with NO knowledge. He took my driver's license for a photocopy before test driving and did not give it back to me. After a short test drive, we did not like it and decide to look at other brands. The salesperson refused to give me back my driver's license and insisted that I made an offer!!! OMG- I thought I live in a civilized country... I asked his manager and the manager had the same tone saying that they can make me a great offer and still didn't want to return my driver's license... I threatened to call the police and they didn't care. Then I did call 911 and they didn't believe it... Until I showed them the number on my cell and the sales manager said "okok give back his license!!!" This is the WORST and SCARIEST dealer I've ever been to in my life. Buying a car should be a pleasant thing but the persons in the dealer were just horrible... Be sure you let you cop friends know before you decide to shop there... Good luck... More

First off, I drove with expired temp plates for 2 months! Called over 8 times inquiring about my real plates and was told DMV was backed up. I told them "what about these expired temp plates"... I was told that if I got a ticket, to take the ticket there and they would pay for it. After 70 days, I finally got my plates! Now, I just got a call from my BANK that 95 days have passed and they have yet to receive the title! My bank had sent me letters about this, and yet AGAIN, I had called this dealer inquiring about the title and all I was told was that this process takes a long time!!! Victor told me to call him the following week. Okay, the following week I called and all I got was VOICEMAIL!!!! It has now been 95 days and they have yet to give my bank the title! I just got off the phone with them and, yet again, was told that the ONLY person that could help me is Victor and that they will try to speak with him. The person said that they will call me back. Did I mention that I overpayed for the car? I got a 2005 Yaris with 40k miles and for the same price, I could have gotten one that had 9k from 2007 in other locations!!!!!!!!!! Okay, that was my fault... my eagerness to buy a car made me pull the trigger without doing much due dilligence. It hurt to see that my price was the same that would have bought almost a brand new Yaris on any other location!! Dumb on my part, greedy on theirs! Please do yourself a favor and AVOID this place like the plague! Just terrible service all around!! This experience has been the worst retail experience in my life. For the life of me I cannot figure out how these guys are still in business! Unbelievable. More
I bought a new Corolla in April; they sent wrong car info to Toyota Financial; I finally got Toyota. Now 3 months later and repeated calls to dealer, still no maintenance contract (did get one for the wrong to Toyota Financial; I finally got Toyota. Now 3 months later and repeated calls to dealer, still no maintenance contract (did get one for the wrong car within a month) Went there and spoke with Finance guy who told me "Toyota is backed up". Called back repeatedly, no call back from Victor. Now I get recall notice from Toyota. They sold me a car and never did the recall service on it. I use the service department all the time, they are great! Won't be buying from them any more. More
I called the dealership and spoke to Nicole thrice to confirm that the two cars (Camry 09(St #2348) & Camry 10 (St# 2363)) that they have advertised on their website are still available. By the time I got there I met Huberman Ulysse who only showed me one car - 2010 Camry. The other car he said was just got crashed by one of staff members and Nicole doesn’t know anything cause she is new to the company. I asked him the price of the car and his said it's going for 19+ and I told him that online it says $14795. He acted really shocked and went to talk to his manager. He came out and said it’s for $15795. To my surprise they went online and changed the price to $15795 and showed me the printout. He also said $15795 is the price you'll have to finance after putting 3k down. I told him that you website doesn’t say anything about 3K finance. We checked the website together but then he refused to reduce the price to $14795. After that he kept convincing me to buy a new Camry for $21500. I was really disappointed with this service. If you are from Southeast Asia, believe your brother and take my advice – do not to go to this dealer. More
I put in a deposit to purchase 2011 toyota sienna XLE. They did not have the car, I was told they will locate it for me and i should have it within a week. one month passed and they still can't locate it. Danny the sales rep woul dnot even answer my calls for 2-3 days. he would not even call back even i left messages for him. They gave me run around and finally after 2 months they asked me to take the deposit back saying that they are not able to locate the vehicle. this was the worst experience of buying a car. I would not recommend anyone going to this dealership. More
Do not go to this place. They put fake price/ad in the internet. We called for an unbelievable good deal. In many calls they said they have many Sienna - the car we're looking for. After 40 minutes drive, they told us the car we saw were sold 2 hours ago. They said the ad was old becuase 'it would take more than a week to remove the ad from the internet after they are gone'. "Do you realize you need to add $3000 to the price you saw in the internet?' 'And unfortunately we only have one Sienna left'. They said that the Carfax was clean the it never had any accident but when asked, they were not able to present a carfax report. Do NOT go. It is a trap. More
