The fancy sensors detected that my tires were new and alignment was off as I drove in. I waited for a bit in the comfortable, well air conditioned, and not at all depressing waiting room for awhile until they diagnosed my problem. It was going to take more than a few hours so I decided to come back the next day. Everything was ready on my arrival then, and I can't believe how well my 2009 car is running now. Thank you! P,S, I even like the artwork in the bathroom hall! And I'm a visual snob. :) More

Changes I was puzzled at first thinking I was at the wrong place, based off my last visit. Then an agent came out and guided me to where I should enter from.
