I was very disappointed with John the service advisor. Poor service and customers skills. Terrible John.He told me my truck was to big for a coupon that was mailed to me by Toyota. He left at 2pm on Satur Poor service and customers skills. Terrible John.He told me my truck was to big for a coupon that was mailed to me by Toyota. He left at 2pm on Saturday never told his customers or his coworkers that he was living. Truck came out from service and no one knew about my vehicle. Luckyly I saw when they took the truck out other wise I would be sitting in the waiting room all day. Nice building , but treat customers like trash More

It was a smooth process from the minute we walked in. He answered all our questions and concerns. Luis gave us an estimate and was on point. Our Finance associate Nelinson was outstanding, he was very detailed and made me well aware of the step I was making. He was patient and even though it was after hours he did not rush. Speedy and accommodating! Raul at Toyota on Rte 22 was attentive and accommodating. He immediately helped me move myself and my 2 year old from the drop off area to his office Raul at Toyota on Rte 22 was attentive and accommodating. He immediately helped me move myself and my 2 year old from the drop off area to his office and the waiting area, and carried the car seat for me. He said less than an hour and actually made that happen. When my toddler started getting antsy he helped push the paperwork and I was out of there in no time. The actual location of being off 22 is known to be a pain, but the Toyota is totally worth it. Thank you! More
