Extremely POOR due to their Unprofessionalism, disrespectful and unreliable services. I came in for a simple issue that I was experiencing with my car (jerking). Since March 17, and my car still isn’t fixed a and unreliable services. I came in for a simple issue that I was experiencing with my car (jerking). The whole place is full of xxxx Alexis nayji omar etc Where should I start in four months I had two cars drove one for 30days then they tell me I’m not approved basically forced to keep the car with a hig Where should I start in four months I had two cars drove one for 30days then they tell me I’m not approved basically forced to keep the car with a higher payment then I wasn’t approve for that they then took me out of that car to put me in another claiming That I was approved by Toyata whole time I never had any plates for the neither car kept giving me temp tags I never made car payments I had no finance company to even pay got my down payment 2,500 my trade in I finally gave them their car back but now I’m outta a car they have their car my car my 2,500 by them running my credit to get me a finance made my credit worse then it was then has been the worse xxxxinggg experience in my life I would never recommend anyone to this dealer ship they have really xxxxed me asking for proof a income for plates since when u need proof of income for plates instead of be Honest and saying they denied me More
