I took my 2020 Toyota for a service and to fix my remote start which I have been taking to fixed it probably like 5 times and still doesn’t work properly. I took my car one time to autoland they told me tha start which I have been taking to fixed it probably like 5 times and still doesn’t work properly. John Veli was very rude and showed disregard for my time. Very good service Made an appointment to get the airbag recall fixed I was there for an hour and a half they tell me they didn’t have any in stock so they’re gonna call me when they do so why give me an ap recall fixed I was there for an hour and a half they tell me they didn’t have any in stock so they’re gonna call me when they do so why give me an appointment and wait and I 1/2 hour Since they were going to work with the airbags I told him to check my Horn it doesn’t work charge me $155.00 and it still doesn’t work I was not to happy went I left More
I scheduled a recall repair and came in for my appointment, which was a drop off. I was made to wait 15 minutes before I finally asked someone why I was waiting if my repair was a drop off. The woman processed the information, I signed and left. After arriving home, I got a phone call from the same woman telling me that the parts for the recall are not there. This was after I received 3 different letters telling me the parts WERE available and to make an appointment. The woman who originally made the appointment even asked me why I had waited so long to schedule the repair. I told her that I'd tried twice but no one had responded to my messages. My son had to drive me back to Rt. 22 Toyota again so I could pick up my car. Then the cashier told me my car was in the customer lot across from the front entrance and I spent 10 more minutes trying to find it,, walking the entire length of the lot before trying the lot to the rear of the building where I found my car in 2 seconds. Suffice to say I am not happy. More
Have been a customer for 15+ years.. and they have become the worst dealership!! They told me the service would cost $675, when car was done, it came up $900!!!! I complained and all they gave me was a $50 credit, and later, because i didn't bring it with me, they didn't apply it to my last service. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!! Women are taken advantage of!!! More
