I went into Arlington Mazda after having a horrid experience with Springfield VW. I was convinced to come in by the sales prices on the 2010 Mx-5 PRHT. After speaking with a salesman over the phone experience with Springfield VW. I was convinced to come in by the sales prices on the 2010 Mx-5 PRHT. After speaking with a salesman over the phone and finding out they had a few models left, I went in to take a test drive. The sales staff was knowledgable and friendly. They had great prices and great customer service. I was in and out of the dealership the fastest that I have ever been when buying a car!!!! I definitely recommend this dealer to any of my friends and coworkers that are looking for good prices and great service. More

I had bought a car from Gaithersburg Mazda before the GM was transferred down to Arlington Mazda. I had little direct contact with him in Gaithersburg, but figured the GM's personality/behavior would carry was transferred down to Arlington Mazda. I had little direct contact with him in Gaithersburg, but figured the GM's personality/behavior would carry over to the staff. WRONG. The price I was quoted on a couple of cars (I was pretty flexible about what I was looking for, just set on the model). Anyway, the price they offered was MORE than the retail minus rebates on the Mazdausa.com website. So to "apologize" They gave me a lower price then took off the rebate for that. So I was cool. Honest mistake. Then I got back to the finance office. At the time, Mazda had a rebate plus like 4.9% 60 month finance term. So the finance guy tells me I can't qualify because my credit rating was too low.. they would have to finance through a bank and the rate I got back was 5.9% I had checked it before I went shopping and my 3 agency score was 775. The finance guy tried the " we're only a few more dollars a month, etc." At that point, even though I had been there several hours, I was just totally over it and I walked out. I made some phone calls as well as further internet shopping, and got a great deal on the car I wanted and did not need to mention the rebates or financing. They showed me a price, then took the rebate off, and I got the 4.9 financing without having to ask. For the record I had NOT had an experience like this at Rosenthal Mazda in Gaithersburg, so I think it was a matter of the owner trying to get more from a richer area (Arlington is far wealthier than G'burg overall), and that smacked of sleaze to me.Just because of that I would not go back to any Rosenthal dealership, even Gaithersburg Mazda. I was disgusted by the unethical corporate practices. More

I arrived since i allready was familiar with rosenthal mazda in gaithersburg and loved the service they provided i didnt hesitate to take the advice. I arrived and was greeted right away by the sales manager, who introduced me to AL. The car I was looking for was set aside waiting for me. I test drove the car and decided to buy it. No hassle negotiation on the price, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would buy another car from them. I was very pleased with Rosenthal arlington mazda and got the same level of customer service that rosenthal gaithersburg mazda always offered me. More

I purchased a used 2007 Mazda3 after negotiating an acceptable price. I returned 2 months later with a minor problem regarding a repair still under warranty. They were defensive, dismissive and ultimat acceptable price. I returned 2 months later with a minor problem regarding a repair still under warranty. They were defensive, dismissive and ultimately unhelpful. The salesman was so unhelpful that the manager had to come out. He offered a satisfactory solution, that was never followed up on. I was ignored upon further contact. This dealership showed an extreme lack of customer service skills, integrity and honesty. More

Went to test drive new Mazda3. Told them I wasn't making a decision that day, just wanted to test drive and get trade-in value of my current car. After test driving, they came back with forms for me to sign a decision that day, just wanted to test drive and get trade-in value of my current car. After test driving, they came back with forms for me to sign saying how great of a deal I was getting, yet they neglected to give me the value of my trade-in. After they went into the managers office and left me there for about 15-20 minutes, I started to get a little impatient. They finally came back with a number that was a couple thousand lower than what I was getting on Edmunds.com and other used car websites. I told them no and that I needed to get back to work. They went back into their office again and this time tried to get me to take the new car home for the night and make my decision tomorrow. I told them I didn't want to do this. At this time the asst manager stepped in and tried to ask what was wrong with the offer they had made, blah, blah, blah. After saying no for about the 4th time, they finally gave me back my keys. Now, they were nice enough but I HATE having to feel like I have to argue to get my keys back. That really irks me. The price on the new car was good but they wanted to sell it bad because it was a 2008 model. So, I'm still in the market for a new Mazda3 but I doubt I will be buying from this dealership. My test drive during a lunch break turned into a 3 hr waste of time. More

I went to Rosenthal Arlington Mazda because they were closer to me, and they told me on the internet that they had the car I wanted, and the price was really good. When I got there, it turns out that th closer to me, and they told me on the internet that they had the car I wanted, and the price was really good. When I got there, it turns out that they didn' thave the car, they lied! Worse, The price was a lie too! They gave me a n out the door number, and then suddenly the price didn't include tax. It was the wrong car anyway. That was bait and switch. Then they tried to cover thier lies by saying that I didn't understand what they meant. I'm not stupid! Don't go to this dealer, and don't believe thier lies! I got the car somewhere else and I'm really happy! More
