I purchased a used 2005 mazda miata from Arlington Mazda which had less than 20,000 miles. My car now has 68,000 miles and it has given me no problems. I also used their service department to take care of which had less than 20,000 miles. My car now has 68,000 miles and it has given me no problems. I also used their service department to take care of my car. Both experience has been good. I highly recommend this dealership. More
This a good Mazda dealer to shop for a car. They respond quickly to email request for pricing and other questions that I had unlike some of the other dealers that responded a few days later. The salesperson that I dealt with was friendly and knew alot about the Mazda product. More
I visited this Mazda service department for the 1st time because of a promotional mail piece that I received. I have to say that i was impressed with the level of service that I received from Arlington Maz because of a promotional mail piece that I received. They provided me with the promotional service and perform some other services for me at no extra charge. They even washed my car. More
I shopped around all over Dc, I found Arlington Mazda to have the best service and knowlegable salesmen, they had the exact CX9 I was looking for. The price was within $100 from the dealer in Frderick, but have the best service and knowlegable salesmen, they had the exact CX9 I was looking for. The price was within $100 from the dealer in Frderick, but it was worth the drive. I will definetly recommend John Frank and Arlington Mazda More
The sales are high pressure with lots of "are you going to buy this car today" cheesy salesmanship. They will not give you the final price (i.e., the out the door price including taxes/tags/fees). They are pushy, rude, underhanded, snotty and very very high pressure. More
Pretty much the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a used 2005 Mazda RX8 from them so I figured I would use their service even though it's quite a hike for me. Worst mistake EVER! I have 2 I bought a used 2005 Mazda RX8 from them so I figured I would use their service even though it's quite a hike for me. Worst mistake EVER! I have 2 pages worth of services that have needed to be done to this car, some up to 3 times for the same thing. I went on vacation to NY and it ended up stalling on me (4th time) so it was towed to Burdick Mazda in Syracuse, NY (superior service!) and was told I should have had my engine replaced a long time ago for the same reason that I had brought the car 3 times prior. They also told me the service that was done to my car previously was pretty poor. I have now stopped going to Arlington Mazda and to this day have had to experience Mazda dealerships in 4 different states due to this car's poor quality and all the defects. NEVER buy an RX8 and NEVER go to Arlington Mazda. More
I found the car I was looking for on cars.com (A 2002 Saab) and after several calls over the course of 2 weeks to get details on condition I arranged to drive down from New York to purchase the car. Afte Saab) and after several calls over the course of 2 weeks to get details on condition I arranged to drive down from New York to purchase the car. After 10 hours of driving I arrived in the mid morning to "Sorry, we sold it last night. Would you like to look at our other fine used cars?" They had my cell phone number, but did not call me. They could have saved me half the trip and a $150 hotel bill. What a miserable experience. More
I purchased a 2004 Mazda RX-8 from this dealership. The sales experience was not bad at all. I received two free years of oil changes with my purchase. What I didn't know at the time was that at every oi sales experience was not bad at all. I received two free years of oil changes with my purchase. What I didn't know at the time was that at every oil change they would discover something new "wrong" with my car that they would charge an exorbitant price for to repair. I also brought my vehicle in one day and walked up the street to have lunch. On the way walking back, I noticed a worker from the dealership parked at a Shell gas station. I asked what he was doing, and he spoke no English. I asked for a ride back to the dealership and he said no. He finally acquiesced when I produced my police identification. Upon returning to the dealership I found out that he was a wash-bay worker and he was washing the car and took MY car to the gas station to get his friend some food. The dealership gave their standard apologies but still did nothing to offer me any sort of compensation. My car also had defective brake pads that squealed for over a year. In the beginning it was winter time, and I was advised on each occasion that the squealing was due to the noise. After the weather warmed up, the squealing was still there. Yet when I asked for them to repair them, they stated that it was now past the warranty period and they denied that I had ever mentioned anything DURING the warranty period. I would have had my service manager back me up, but since this service department has such a high turnover rate, that was not possible. I have had five different service managers over the course of the two years I owned the car. It is no surprise that with the level of customer dissatisfaction that employees can't hold a job there. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau to no avail. I finally sold of the car last month and couldn't be happier now. More
They didn't want to budge on anything. They have the ridiculous playbook that they refuse to stray from even though you call them out on it. They have most of their cars in the warehouse district, so t ridiculous playbook that they refuse to stray from even though you call them out on it. They have most of their cars in the warehouse district, so they try to take up all your time until close by driving you back and forth. I even refused to go, and the salesperson waited outside for a few minutes in the cold until I followed. I offered a fair price the first time and they stayed above it. I tried a different day and a different salesperson, and asked for the last offer as a starting point, they refused that and added another $500. I actually went a third time (I live walking distance), and they raised it on me again on the same car each time saying that they would be losing money on it. Even when I called them out on the discrepency, they lied to my face. They play it like a dealer that is concerned with making the most out of every car, instead of moving cars. Not as slimey as Koons Toyota, but they still like to play games. More
