I can't figure out how this dealership is still in business. The people in the service department are very fake in their attempt at friendliness. They don't hesitate to tell me how little I know about business. The people in the service department are very fake in their attempt at friendliness. They don't hesitate to tell me how little I know about cars (as if I couldn't point to where the engine is). They are not upfront about costs of certain services. The work they do is generally okay. I did have one problem with a loose part inside my door that it wasn't fixed after they claimed it was. They also are immune to rattles (might be a Nissan thing though). Finally, they don't honor their own coupons! Apparently "good on parts OR service" doesn't apply to JUST parts. And they argued with me when I pointed that out, which shows their complete lack of customer service. You can find a few friendly people there, but it doesn't make up for the way everyone else does business. More
