Unfortunately, our experience with Peter was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. He raised his voice and frequently interrupted us. When we asked direct questions he often avoided giving clear or disappointing and unprofessional. He raised his voice and frequently interrupted us. Another thing that made us uncomfortable was that Peter took photos of our driver’s license using his personal phone. We were not given clear explanation as to why he needed to take them that way. Another dealer we previously worked with simply made scan of our license, so this situation felt very concerning. Overall, we felt disrespected and uncomfortable. When dealing with a major purchase and sensitive information we expect professionalism, transparency and respectful communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Peter. That was a very unpleasant experience, and we do not plan to do business with dealership again. More

You dont get to take advantage and screw over a senior citizen by selling his vehicle out from under him when a purchase agreement wa dealership has.
