Not a pushy guy, allowed me time to breathe and make an informed decision. The whole buying process was about as easy as it could be. I would recommend working with Roesch if you want an actual pleasant experience buying a car. More

A mechanich named Luis said that Ford doesn't give a xxxx about customers. They were very disrespectful, unprofesional and very rude. The lack of knowledge in these people is a big problem, I asked to talk to the manager, but never got assisted ,will be making formal complaints on monday, and I also got an open case with ford motor co. Please be aware of this place, I will never recommend it to anybody. More

Roesch had advertised a good di I visited Roesch Ford to look at a new Ford C-Max. I liked the way the car handled and was happy with the performance. Roesch had advertised a good discounted price and Ford had an additional discount if you financed anew car with them on a select few new car models in inventory. After a day of consideration I decided I didn't need a new car as I simply don't drive as much as I use too. So I looked again on their web-site and found a 2016 C-Max the had a reasonable asking price on the car. I returned to the dealership contacted Patryk, who had shown me the new car the day before and ask to see the used car. Having been in field sales all my life, working as a salesman, sales manager, district manager and small business owner I can honestly say this guy works very hard to turn prospects into customers. He addresses any concerns right away and does a good job at managing the resources available at Roesch Ford to make sure they follow through with any issues you may have. In regards to the business part of the transaction; The finance manager's job is to finance the car and to sell the customers things like extended warranties, and to offer credit life insurance etc. Some of these folks can get a little over bearing, but as a buyer of many new cars over the years you learn to expect this. He promoted the products in a business like fashion and respected my decisions and moved on with the paper work at each point in the process. Everything was well organized and explained. We were given ample time to review the documents and felt no pressure to sign anything. More
Regret buying from this dealer 1. I only received one key for the $15k car I just purchased. That makes no sense at all. I purchased a Ford vehicle, at a Ford dealer but yet they 1. I only received one key for the $15k car I just purchased. That makes no sense at all. I purchased a Ford vehicle, at a Ford dealer but yet they couldn't bother making a second key and now I have to purchase one on my own, at my own expense. What really bothered me about that exchange is that the salesman Nick Lach was not upfront as a salesmen to tell me that was the case. Because that would have also played a roll in the negotiation. Instead he told me I can come in on a Wednesday and have their guy make one for me for around $120 after we had already closed on the deal. 2. They don't even fill your 'used' cars with half a tank of gas. Another thing that shows their dealer does not care about customers unless they are purchasing a brand new vehicle. The vehicle I traded had a little over half a tank, so I lost out on that. 3. Even though I came in, in the morning while the dealer was not at all busy the manager could not be bothered to come over and even introduce himself to me. That is something that every other dealership I had gone to for test drives did, even though I wasn't even buying a car from them. Perhaps your manager that was on shift at the time didn't feel I was worth the time. 4. I also have to bring the car back in to have the door handle repair on an IOU. Something that should have been fixed prior to the car even being put on the lot. Which tells me that the dealer was hoping the person that purchased the car wouldn't notice it, so the dealer wouldn't have to fix it. So I'll be bringing the car back in over the weekend to waste more of my time to get it fixed. **UPDATE** After 3 weeks of emails to the dealership and calls to the main number that I was told to call in my response to this yelp review I got nowhere, not even a response. So I went to Ford directly to explain my issues with the dealership and they assured me they'd pass on my comments. It took another week or so, but I got a call from my salesman Nick who said, 'what do you want me to do with all these emails?' apparently he got the short straw and had to actually contact me. The dealer did end up giving me a 2nd key to my vehicle under the condition I would update my reviews of them. More
Good Buying experience Recently was at the dealership looking for a new vehicle as my car of 10 years was reaching the end of usefulness. Went to the dealership with specif Recently was at the dealership looking for a new vehicle as my car of 10 years was reaching the end of usefulness. Went to the dealership with specific price, mileage, year in mind and was pleased when they pulled up what I wanted almost immediately! No pressure on purchase and they were kind enough to wait for my wife to show up later in the day before we finalized the deal. Car was cleaned up nicely before leaving lot. Only thing of note was that the gas tank was not full as we had discussed and the tires were not detailed as I asked before leaving. Otherwise great place and I would recommend them for future purchases. More
Very frustrating This establishment has been bad for years. First off I bought a 2014 explorer and thought I got a pretty good deal. When I went to trade it in a month This establishment has been bad for years. First off I bought a 2014 explorer and thought I got a pretty good deal. When I went to trade it in a month ago I found out that they signed me up for some type of plan that was going to increase my monthly payment 50 dollars. When I called them on it they said those people didnt work here anymore. Next issue, trying to get the remaining amount from my service contract and gap insurance from this car. Talked to finance manager Steve. First he told me to come back in an hour because he was dealing with a customer buying a car. Came back completed the paperwork. Now I'm trying to get the status of my refund. It's been about a month now. Left about 6 messages and no return call from Steve roti. I did get the voicemail of joe once. He called me back and said someone would call me the next day. That was about 2 weeks ago, no response. Don't do business with the place, it will save you time and money. More
