I just want to send out a Big Thank You to Robideaux Motors in Idaho. They have been absolutely amazing and wonderful customer service. We custom ordered a truck last year and Marcy and Pam were on to Motors in Idaho. They have been absolutely amazing and wonderful customer service. We custom ordered a truck last year and Marcy and Pam were on top of it and helped us with all our needs and got us the perfect truck for our family. This year we ordered another truck and they were just as amazing helping us out and on top of everything. Our sales representative Roger hustled to make things happen and Pam made sure things got done on time. They really do care, listen and try to find what fits your needs and give you the best deal possible. Their customer service is amazing and they offer a wonderful coverage with warranties. I’ll always look forward to doing business with them in the future as part of the auto family. Thank you Robideaux motors for being a fantastic caring company. More
I have bought vehicles at numerous car lots over the years and Robideaux motors was the worst that I have had. I rarely write a negative review for a business, I can remember doing this twice in my life years and Robideaux motors was the worst that I have had. I rarely write a negative review for a business, I can remember doing this twice in my life and this will be the third. It takes a lot to really xxxx me off and they did this numerous times. I purchased a used lexus from them in July. I live out of town, so approximately 3 hours from CDA. In the deal part of the deal they would fix the door dings with paintless dent repair, fix a hole in the back seat, and detail the vehicle. Also I was told once they get the plates in which was part of the deal they would call me and send them to me. We agreed upon a price, I paid cash for the vehicle and the salesman said when would you like to pick the vehicle up? I said I would work next Friday (which was a week from the day I purchased the vehicle) . They said that works!!! I will give you a call on Friday when it's ready. So I drove to family in the area of Spokane and wait for the call on Friday. It gets to 1 in the afternoon so I call, no one seems to know what I am talking about and they are going to look into it and call me back (this is their typical response, deflect/no accountability). Two hours passed and no call back. So at 3 I call and magically I get to talk to my salesman. He begins to explain that they couldn’t get a hold of the dent guy and that he was two weeks out, so that isn’t done (is there someone where you live that can do the job and we just pay them) and he just sent it to the detail shop. Of course I was extremely pissed because this was supposed to be done and if there was an issue why wasn’t I contacted earlier in the week. In other words they blew it off and were in panic mode this is where the real lying begins. I said I have used a paintless repair guy in the valley, give them the number and they say they will call him (granted this is another time I am going to have to drive to the area to get the car fixed). I call the guy myself and he tells me when he can work me in. I get out there to get my car and of course the car salesman is kissing my xxx because he knows I am pissed, but never admits he dropped the ball. So I express my displeasure with him and the guy in the shop that he hands me off to because he doesn’t want to take responsibility. So I let the guy in the shop hear about it in a respectful manner and he just looks at me what do you want me to do? As he calls the dent guy I suggested at nearly 5 PM on a Friday of course he isn’t going to answer. So as he is just staring at me another individual at the desk steps up and tries to help me. Sir we will call first thing Monday morning and get this set up and we will call you with the appointment. Monday morning rolls around late in the afternoon and no call. So I call Robinouex motors, sir we called them this morning and haven’t received a call back. So I call the dent repair guy. He immediately answers and tells me when to come in. I explain the situation and being curious I ask did Robideaux motors call you this morning to set up an appointment? He says no they didn’t, but they did call late Friday afternoon (when I was standing there with them) so there is a lie. Also when a friend (that details cars by the way) saw my car for the first time he said did the dealership detail this car? I said yes, he said well they did a crappy job. Fast forward nearly two months later, I get a letter in the mail from WA licensing saying I owe $182 for my plates. This is strange to me because I had been waiting to hear from the dealership with my plates to send to me. So I immediately call the dealership on that Sunday of course there was no one to help me (they are open by the way) . Let me take your number down and the lady in charge of that will call you first thing tomorrow morning. I called the licensing place Monday morning, and they informed me that I have to pay this, because Robideaux doesn’t pay anymore. They stopped a month ago. Guess what?!?! More

the only reason we are giving a 5 Star rating if your employee, Marcey Savage, we did not purchase a Yukon from your location, which we had on order, but thru the process on the original order and cancel employee, Marcey Savage, we did not purchase a Yukon from your location, which we had on order, but thru the process on the original order and cancellation. Marcey was the Best at working with us. I wish we could have given the same rating for our salesperson, but only Marcey stood out as an excellent person on your staff. Marcey in our opinion should receive a raise in pay!!! More
Marcy and Pam have been wonderful to work with and in my opinion should get the commission for the sale of my truck. They returned phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions better than the sales opinion should get the commission for the sale of my truck. Okay during the purchase, horrible attention after the purchase. Service told me it would be 4-6 weeks before they could get me in to even just diagnose the problem with my pickup. Warranty I purchased purchase. Service told me it would be 4-6 weeks before they could get me in to even just diagnose the problem with my pickup. Warranty I purchased wouldn't cover anything that went wrong with the truck. Many failures to return my calls inquiring about reimbursement for warranty and when I finally got through today, finance guy had failed to hit "send" on my form to get my money back. Buyer beware! Hello. For the past month I have been monitoring the advertised price of a 2022 GMC 2500 3/4 ton diesel from my local dealer Robideaux Motors . Advertised price MSRP $52,089 and $48,589 with qualifying advertised price of a 2022 GMC 2500 3/4 ton diesel from my local dealer Robideaux Motors . Advertised price MSRP $52,089 and $48,589 with qualifying discounts. I have finally decided to purchase a new truck and upon trying to order the truck the first time (October) I was told by a salesman that he could not honor the price they advertised as for it is not possible and must be a misprint. He also stated that I am amongst many others that have attempted to take advantage of the sale price. Fast-forward to November, when they released their Black Friday add. Again, the truck is advertised for the same MSRP price of $52,089 & $48,589 with qualifying discounts. 11/26 I called the dealership and spoke with a gentleman regarding the promotion. After reviewing the add with him, He agreed the ad was a great deal and that all I had to do was come down to the dealer and give them a $1,000 dollar deposit to get the truck ordered. 11/27 My wife and I went into the dealership and spoke with a salesman who at first seemed willing to help. Upon trying to build the advertised truck on the GMC website he showed us it was not possible to order a truck for that dollar amount and expressed his frustration with the company he works for In regard to the false advertising, stating he was not going to go back and forth with me about pricing and that I should just talk to my original salesman Monday. I politely agreed with him that the pricing was confusing and recommended I come back to speak with a manager in regard to the pricing & getting a truck ordered. The salesman refused to give me the name of the general manager, stating he would not talk to me about the unrealistic price, and neither would the owner. I feel that this ad is not only false advertisement by the dealer, but also price baiting to drive customers into the dealership. If an advertised price cannot be honored by the dealership running the ad than it should not be made public. If published by mistake, it should be removed from the website immediately. This dealership should be held accountable for their actions and stand true to their advertisement, whether it be an honest mistake or not, rather than make excuses for their actions and waste people time. I do not believe that this ad was made by mistake as for it has been ran on multiple platforms and with different Sales event titles. The dealership states that their website/social media developer is on maternity leave and there for can not make any changes to their ads. I feel that this is an excuse for their unrealistic advertising, and this situation needs to be resolved immediately. Not only does the ad need removed if it is incorrect, but the dealership should be held accountable for their actions by honoring the advertised price.
