I have been a GMC fan and customer for many years and this is the 3rd truck I have purchased from Robideaux Motors in Coeur d' Alene, ID. Tim went above and beyond to help me with my latest purchase of a 2024 2500 HD Crew Cab AT4 6.6L Diesel. After meeting with Tim I got connected with my sales consultant Roger Spangenberg and again I can not say enough about the service Roger gave me and how he truly gave it his all in educating me and taking care of answering all my questions and meeting all of my needs and pricing with my new truck. I have worked with other sales consultants at Robideaux when I purchased my other trucks in the past, but Roger takes the Gold Medal on all levels and keeping me updated on my build and a quick delivery. I can attest without any reservations that purchasing a vehicle from Robideaux Motors in Coeur d'Alene, ID, was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Everyone was exceptionally nice and there was no pressure whatsoever. The salesperson, Gerrod, was low-key and didn't try and "sell" me something, he just helped me find what I was looking for after I told him what my needs were. There was no "haggling" over price, very straight forward and below MSRP. They gave me a good price for my trade too. Everything was above board and transparent. When I worked with Jessica in finance, again there was no pressure to buy "this or that" add-ons: just here's what you can have and the benefits. Now here is something also very cool...the car came with a lifetime power train warranty that includes the turbo. That, in and of itself, is huge as turbos are usually the first thing to go in today's vehicles. Lastly a big shout out to Sonia the presales customer service rep I worked with...she was exceptionally professional and courteous. She worked hard, but without pressure, to get me in the door and I am so glad she did. Fantastic experience! Mike, the sales guy, was wonderful. He had no problem that I arrived at 6pm on a Tuesday and did not rush me while looking at the vehicle. To top it all off, when Mike heard I had to take a cab to get to the dealership, he (and the company) immediately reimbursed me. I was already excited about my new vehicle and that made me choke up a bit. Jessica, in finance, was amazing as well. She found me the best rate, explained all the paperwork well, and even prepared me on how to get insurance and registration settled quick and easy. 10/10 I would recommend them and will be coming back when it's time for a new vehicle.
