Leading up to the deal Scot walked the line well of respectful and attentive without being pushy or gimmicky. Dan, the sales manager came out and introduced himself and checked on us at the signing. Jessica was the finance manager we signed with and she was super pleasant and good at getting through the signing process with ease... and we got through it super quickly while being presented all the options but in an informational and not-pushy manner.
