I found my dream car at Riverside Nissan. Unfortunately, the haggling was a joke. I've purchased several cars in my lifetime, and this was the first time I was not given the price of the car, the finance ch the haggling was a joke. I've purchased several cars in my lifetime, and this was the first time I was not given the price of the car, the finance charge, price of my trade-in, etc up front. When my salesman finally arrived with a reasonable offer, I had to request all the above information. From the conversation I witnessed from afar between the salesman and his manager, this is information they did not willingly disclose, and we had to wait greater than 30 minutes for it. They delivered it just as we were about to gather our things and leave. I love my car, and they did give me the deal I requested (after 5+ hours), but had I known, I would have gone elsewhere for a better, more trustworthy and transparent experience. More
