On Jan 15 I took my 2024 Nissan Sentra in for its 1st maintenance,at the time it only had 2,723 miles and I purchased the Sentra new from Riverside Nissan in June of 2024.I had one problem with the vehic maintenance,at the time it only had 2,723 miles and I purchased the Sentra new from Riverside Nissan in June of 2024.I had one problem with the vehicle which was a broken and loose driver side rear mud guard which was noted on the maintenance paperwork….After 3 hrs which I spent waiting at the dealership service advisor Esteban Leyva told me that unfortunately the mud guard would not be covered under warranty due to signs of impact???…This component came apart while I was driving as the plastic screw holding the guard broke and became reattached from the inner fender well which in turn caused the mud guard to rub against the tire and break,this component was poorly attached from the factory and flimsy of poor quality and that is what caused it to break!…I left a poor survey for Riverside Nissan explaining my disapproval of this warranty issue and I also left poor survey responses on Google and Yelp.,,I did receive generic responses from the owner Richard Michaelson which seem to be auto generated stating they understand my frustration and to contact them???…I do not or will not recommend Riverside Nissan for either service or vehicle purchase to any family member,friend or stranger…Mr. Michaelson cease with the generic waste of my time and your responses and correct this problem,I can only imagine how a larger problem will also be denied so I have lost confidence in Nissan…shame on you as the owner and ambassador of Riverside Nissan,shame on Nissan corporate and shame on me for not purchasing either a Honda or Toyota vehicle!!!! More

Very unhappy cause I still had warranty and paid extra for my warranty and I had to pay $1,500.00 for my AC when I only had bought the vehicle 3 months ago when it wasn’t my fault.
