Made an apt for 9:30 and still didn’t get out until almost 12:30. No point in scheduling an apt. My “advisor “ never even said one word to me. The only person that was helpful was the guy who checked me in to the system. He also had to ring me up because the advisor didn’t even acknowledge the apt. Idk if the maintenance is commission based like selling the cars and maybe a simple oil change wasn’t worth the time? They also tried to charge me $89.99 when their website said $39.99. It’s 2023 and dealerships still think women are idiots. We go for the oil changes because our husbands are busy sometimes to come themselves but you should never think we are stupid. Nissan, do better! The point of an online apt is to Give priority and not help walk ins before us. Riverside Nissan needs to do better! More
