Riverside Nissan is a really great place to car shop. Everyone is very nice and attentive to what you are looking for in a vehicle. This is our second car that we've bought from this dealership. So they do have good running cars, this is the reason why we returned to them instead of Temecula Nissan whom has called us on several occasions to trade our car with their dealership. Riverside Nissan does not keep you for hours at a time to get the deal done! Pluses: Courteous, Professionalism, Outstanding Customer Service, and Swift. Negatives: Not very many and with that being said, I would like for them to give people like us (loyal customers) a break in the high down payments. I know it is a business and that they have to make a profit as well, however their loyal customers are going to come back time after time and this should warrant at least one of these times a lower down payment. I think consumers are looking for a break in the down payments. We were told by another car dealership that they could've beaten Riverside Nissan's offer either by the lower interest rate or the lower down payment, regardless of our credit rating, whether this was true or not, we didn't go for it because of the history we have with Riverside Nissan, which is pretty good. It's one of those things like the show "Cheers" theme song says, "You wanna go where everybody knows your name; and the people are all the same." That is who Riverside Nissan is to us! We rate their customer service an A+. The financial business side gets a B. More
