My salesperson, Mae, is the star. Followed her to this dealership when I purchased my leased vehicle in April. Went to her prior dealership for maintenance because it's closer to home Followed her to this dealership when I purchased my leased vehicle in April. Went to her prior dealership for maintenance because it's closer to home but will not go back there. They said I needed new air filters but since I purchased the warranty I called Mae. She checked with service and said I don't need them saving me at least $150. Will go to Riverside Nissan for future maintenance More
Unethical and Dishonest! My elderly parents were recommended this dealership from Costco, as part of their Auto Program, but apparently Costco doesn't know what this dealersh My elderly parents were recommended this dealership from Costco, as part of their Auto Program, but apparently Costco doesn't know what this dealership is actually doing. Pricing is supposed to be at least as good as sticker and NO HAGGLE, but they immediately told my parents that this price would be BETTER THAN Costco and never showed them the Costco price. As we asked questions, the salesman would repeatedly point out how clean the car was with NO DINGS OR DENTS (which wasn't true, but everything appeared minor). He also promised to get us answers (easily Googled) to specific maintenance questions but never did. When we came to negotiate--and yes, we had to negotiate, as they'd added in about $4000 more to the sticker price--and we asked for the final number, we were told it would depend on how we were paying. NOPE! The final amount doesn't depend on where the money is coming from, that's the number you negotiate so everyone comes out happy. We were also insisting on a CarFax--something every other dealer we've been to either already has ready, or quickly provides It's even on their website for this vehicle!). Not these salesmen at Riverside Nissan. They tried several times to handwave away or not get the information. When we insisted, It was clear they didn't like what they saw, because they tried to not show us the fax, and, of course, the car had been in an accident. "Any car can be in an accident," the salesman tried to tell us, but that's hardly the point. That information should be disclosed so everyone can make an informed decision. They clearly wanted to hide that from us. We politely told them we couldn't make a deal on this vehicle, and SUDDENLY all the fees they were trying to add into the price magically disappeared in a last ditch effort to keep us from leaving or, I guess, not writing reviews about them. No thanks. We don't want to buy damaged goods from a dishonest and unethical dealership. More

I was a victim of 'the bait-and-switch scam' by this dealership. VANESSA SOTO, Internet Manager, is the #1 DECEITFUL and DISHONEST player. I did the online purchase order (06-28-2021) on a new 2020 S dealership. VANESSA SOTO, Internet Manager, is the #1 DECEITFUL and DISHONEST player. I did the online purchase order (06-28-2021) on a new 2020 Sentra advertised on their website. She called me a few times, and even a day prior to my appointment to make sure I was keeping my appointment. She even sent me an email 2 HOURS prior to my appointment to meet with Luis Alvarez, a different salesman from the originally assigned salesman IRVIN SOLIS. IRVIN SOLIS called me the day before my appointment. He assured me my Sentra would be ready for a test drive. He was supposed to assist with my purchase. IRVIN SOLIS didn't show up at all. No message and nowhere to be found. IRVIN SOLIS is the #2 DECEITFUL and DISHONEST player. And beware, he even FORGED my signature on the delivery confirmation form on a different Sentra which I purchase. I live 50 miles from the dealership. I planned very well my schedule that Saturday 07-03-2021. I was assured throughout the process of no surprise markups on my online purchase order and the availability of my choice 2020 Sentra. Upon showing on time to my appointment, 2020 SENTRA was sold last night! OH REALLY? I had to start from scratch. The dealership tried to sell me certified Sentras. It was so much wasted time. The brand new 2020 Sentra which I was supposed to purchase had a factory rebate, >$3,300 dealer discount, and came with all dealer installed accessories. I had to settle for a 2021 Sentra with no rebate and dealer discount that was bear minimum. Dealer accessories were removed to lower the total purchase price which was considerably still higher than my budget. If I live nearby I would have walked out. Please beware of the scam this dealership practices. VANESSA SOTO and IRVIN SOLIS may sound sincere and nice. They are hypocrites. This dealership is not the place to buy your vehicle. God knows who are sinners! More
