Thorough, friendly and efficient. My service advisor, Robbyn is always a pleasure to deal with. This visit was for an oil change and tire maintenance. The NE Pennsylvania roads were br My service advisor, Robbyn is always a pleasure to deal with. This visit was for an oil change and tire maintenance. The NE Pennsylvania roads were brutal on my car this year's trip. Something wasn't right but I thought a tire balance and rotation would fix it. I didn't realize how bad they were until Robbyn and the tire tech pointed out the extent of the damage. The 3 of us had a frank and open discussion about my options and costs. Robbyn then went the extra mile to document the value of the solution she could provide. I asked for a estimate of how long it would take, gave her the "go-ahead" and the car was ready to go at the time she gave gave me. The drive home confirmed I made the right choice. My only suggestion to the dealership is that they offer a complimentary car wash after servicing a car. I realize that tire install is by nature a bit sloppy but picking up a washed car would put a smile on any owners face and create additional value. More
