Everyone was very polite and professional I took my Sequoia in for a recall repair. Robyn was very personable and professional. Communication by text and call was very good. The only item needing attention was an aged and cracking belt. Since the vehicle was 12 years old I had purchased used I agreed to have the belt replaced. The charge for this seemed reasonable to me.
