40k maintenance - Toyota Rav4 I went to Rick McGill because I had a not so favorable experience at another Toyota dealer. Also, because of the service that Rick McGill had shown to I went to Rick McGill because I had a not so favorable experience at another Toyota dealer. Also, because of the service that Rick McGill had shown to my son following his new car being stolen. I was made to feel welcome at Rick McGill, everything that was to be done on my car was explained to me. I was made to feel as if I was their only customer. Rick McGill did not have the fancy schmancy "cafe" with sandwiches, pastries and such. But they did have a nice waiting room with tvs, magazines and coffee. Service completed as explained. All questions answered. As Arnold says, "I'll be back." More
