Waited approx. 5 hours on standard 30000 mile service, cost not competitive, especially EFI cleaning as suggested by dealer. Waiting room turned 2 hrs or greater, Associates well trained and excellent. Can’t see this business being a long term growth business. Toyota brand being is major strength,
