It was satisfying, they did the work I asked for and did not try to push other services on me. Service Advisor kept me informed. Service staff has always been great at Rick McGills Toyota. Video was neat but I like written info better. However, the bill never indicated how many years the battery was rated or guaranteed. This should be required for proper customer information. In times past when I purchased a battery from Toyota, Sears, NTB, etc., I was always shown on my bill the rating of the battery. I was not given a choice. More

I just finished my purchase of a new Toyota at Rick McGill's Toyota in Alcoa.. The experience I had was excellent.
