Service Advisor kept me informed. Service staff has always been great at Rick McGills Toyota. Video was neat but I like written info better. However, the bill never indicated how many years the battery was rated or guaranteed. This should be required for proper customer information. In times past when I purchased a battery from Toyota, Sears, NTB, etc., I was always shown on my bill the rating of the battery. I was not given a choice. More

I just finished my purchase of a new Toyota at Rick McGill's Toyota in Alcoa.. The experience I had was excellent. They were professional and straight forward in all of our conversations from start to McGill's Toyota in Alcoa.. The experience I had was excellent. They were professional and straight forward in all of our conversations from start to finish. I'll definitely go back for my next purchase. I spent 3 days talking with another dealer and got nowhere. I went to Rick McGill's and spent 3 hours and purchased a new car. This included me taking my time shopping! I highly recommend them. From start to finish, it was a great experience.
