Don't be silly. I spent three days at the Quality Inn across the street on Skibo Road and that incident cost me about $2000 in parts, labor, lodging, food, airfare, and transportation costs back to Florida. This occurred about 3 years ago before social media reviews were popular. Now that I have an opportunity to let the whole world know the treatment I received, I'm posting my experiences now. The letters I sent to your management and the Toyota Corporation back then didn't mean much because I never received a response from either of them.
