I had a very unexpected above average superior experience today. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and Jo was very respectful, understanding, knowledgeable, & patient with all of my questions and requ today. I never felt forced to make any decisions I wasn’t ready to make which made me feel very comfortable working with him. I came out with a vehicle which was not my intention when I walked in. He was able to find a deal that worked with the numbers I needed and I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend working with him. I truly appreciate everything you do! Highly recommend! More

I worked with Jo in purchasing a 2019 Toyota Highlander. Jo did a great job and was very easy to work with. He was very honest and answered all my questions quickly. Because of Jo's hard work, I felt comfor Jo did a great job and was very easy to work with. He was very honest and answered all my questions quickly. Because of Jo's hard work, I felt comfortable purchasing the vehicle sight unseen and driving nearly 600 miles to pick up the car. Once, I was at the dealership Jo continued working hard so I did not have to stay longer than needed before heading home. If you need a vehicle, go talk to Jo. He will take care of you. A class act. Overall, I was very impressed with Rick Hendrick Toyota of Fayetteville. Right away you can tell they have high expectations of their employees.
