Excellent.... just excellent I was skeptical when I first walked in the dealership. I recently filed for bankruptcy and didn't think I would be able to get a car. My day started with Terrell and before we began looking for a car I told him about my situation. This didn't phase him at all, he was sure that they had something for me. And he meant that! For the next 3.5-4 hours he and his manager Edison worked diligently to find an affordable car for me. I had no expectations, I just needed a car to get to and from work. They were able to find a gorgeous used Kia they had on their used lot that was in perfect condition. Then I met with Avery to finalize the deal. He not only included a few benefits to my deal, he lowered my down AND monthly payments. I cannot have anticipated the great service that I was going to experience that day. Waste of time. We stated price range from beginning of sales talks. Spent 4 hours looking at SUVs we were told was within our budget. We fell in love with one. Returned my Suburban with a leaking Oil Filter I have been bringing my Suburbans to this dealer for service for years and no issue. Finally got to their Service Manager Ralph Christopher, ralph.christopher@hendrickauto.com . Good guy and showed if you address an issue straight on consumers appreciate you more based on the character you show fixing an issue that avoiding one. He had Mr. Blood on his toes waiting for the truck no indifferent treatment just treating us like a valued client. Ralph is a tremendous asset for this dealership. More

Great experience all around! Went in with some dings on my credit and not too certain id leave with a car. Worked with Miguel and got the exact car that I wanted. I had never driven the type car before and went out on a limb and bought it solely on pics I saw from the net. it was all the pics described and more. goregeous car and wonderful experience. even got free popcorn and water. haha More

Great buying experience My only problem with the deal ship was t g eyes didn't provide gas after I asked. Soon as I pulled off I had to fill up or I would've ran out of gas. I couldn't drive and hour away on a quarter tank! Outside of that I enjoyed buying here and will again in the future provided I receive gas. More
