Jake is very personable, friendly and listened intently to what my husband and I wanted. He searched relentlessly to find the car we wanted and he certainly delivered with the car that exceeded our expectations. The negotiation was a pain but we got the number we wanted and he stayed there with us until we left, which was 12 o'clock in the morning. Excellent customer service and wants to make sure you are happy. I HIGHLY recommend Jake, he's awesome!! =-D More

Horrible Experience Would Not Recommend This has been the second time that I have not had a great experience. In fact, this time has been an awful experience filled with lies and derogatory This has been the second time that I have not had a great experience. In fact, this time has been an awful experience filled with lies and derogatory treatment. I have purchased many vehicles in my life but I will never go back to this dealer again. I am not sure if it is because I am a woman that they believe that it gives them the right to talk to me in such a manner. Two years ago, I purchased a Cruz in what I would consider a rushed deal because I was just buying a home and knew that Ii needed car before the house went on my credit. Long story short, Mike Wolf assured me that American cars now keep their value and it was a great deal. Fast forward to 2014 a year and a half later the car wasn't worth crap. No other dealership could work with me. I went back and explained my concerns to the salesman. They were only willing to give me the same amount that the other no haggle dealer would offer on a car that they sold me. It took months and on the 4th visit they were able to lower the model and get me more for my car. Since I was in their the previous night for 6 hours to no avail, I told the sales manager if he could get me in the 500 I might be able to work it out. He said that if I came back which I did he would work out the deal with no money down. I get their and ask for the number and he says 599. I could not believe that he felt that this was appropriate and I became upset. Then Tre says, "ok 596 you said get you in the 5's and that is what I did as he hit the table" I could not believe that he felt this was appropriate. It was if I had to take it or leave it and that is not a good practice for a business. I asked If I could get a lower interest rate and I was told that this was the best that could be done because I was not putting anything down. So I eventually put 1200 down so that I could get the leather and the GPS just to try and cover the cost. This was on the 3rd of July as of today the 21st. I still have neither. During the deal which I was in the building till midnight to work on, I declined both the gap and the extended warranty on. Dolan asked me why and I said I don't want it. I had the coverage on the other car and in my mind with the paying it off I should receive that money back. Today I called and he informed me that he worked that into the deal. I went back to them today because enough is enough. He never specifically said to me that he was working that money into this deal. His manager showed me the paper that I signed saying that was explained. Had that been the case, why would i expect it back? When he reviewed those papers he NEVER presented that information to me in that manner. Also if that is the case, now that 2400 was put down, why didn't my interest rate change as Tre said it would if I put money down? On top of all of this my other car has still not been paid and I will receive a late fee as they sit and play around with the deal. Nothing that I was told was true. This is the 6th new car that I have purchased in my life and it is the absolute last time that I will ever deal with Chevrolet. I am at the point of not wanting to go and get my free oil changes. Of course they told me that the deal could not be worked back out to exclude the leather and GPS which is baffling to me seeing as my car is not paid off and I just spoke to GM Financial today and they had to research to find my information which the dealership had in a different last name. I feel that I should get what I was told a lower interest rate especially because they worked that remaining money from the other car in the deal and an apology for being spoken to in such a demeaning way. After a total of 20 total hours in all of my visits to this dealership I am very unhappy and plan on taking further action with the BBB and the corporate office. I don't appreciate being lied to and I really don't understand how it is possible for them to get away with these practices. As I evaluate this experience I feel as though because I am a woman they felt that it was acceptable to treat me in this manner. As a matter of fact, now that I think about it, I don't see where they could have possibly used my 750 USAA discount in my deal as I review my contract and if it was added something else has been shorted in that section both Tre and Dolan said it was applied. I am I I ask them to break all the numbers down. Today I was told that it was to late to finance the deal because it it already with the finance company. So I have to keep the rate and I can get some the monies back for the services that I wanted such as the gps and leather but, I still have to finance the car like I have the extra things. This is not acceptable by any means integrity and honesty means nothing to this company. More

What A Wonderful Experience!! I purchased my last car 10 years ago, so I was somewhat apprehensive about going through the process again. I was only in the dealership for five minu I purchased my last car 10 years ago, so I was somewhat apprehensive about going through the process again. I was only in the dealership for five minutes before I was greeted by Brenda Bryan. She was professional, but very personable. I was there to look at some pre-owned Chevy Malibu's, but after speaking with Brenda, realized I may be selling myself short. Brenda showed me the new Malibu's and I fell in love. After my test drive, and her detailed explanation of the cars features, I was sure that I wanted a 2014 to call my own. Brenda made the process painless and kept me comfortable my offering refreshments and she even offered to buy me lunch while I waited. I was able to get a brand new car for the monthly payments I wanted in just over two hours. The experience I had at Rick Hendrick was an all around positive one. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to friends or family members looking to purchase a vehicle. I love my car and will forever remember Brenda Bryan. More
